| Experience | I hold a PhD in Educational Psychology and I have been using MAXQDA for my qualitative and mixed methods research projects. I recently transitioned from academia to industry and currently use MAXQDA to conduct UX research data analysis including the analysis of audio and video recordings of usability tests, netnographical analysis of Twitter data, thematic analysis of user and stakeholder interviews, and various other types of UX research data as well as creating UX research deliverables including but not limited to affinity maps. |
