I have a strong research background and currently hold the position of Senior Research and Evaluation Officer at a reputable consulting company. In this role, I work on various research projects, including gender assessment, baseline assessment, and independent evaluation. My responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle, from design to technical support, field research, data analysis, and report writing.

I have recently developed expertise in utilizing MAXQDA, a powerful qualitative analysis software, which I have successfully introduced and implemented within my work. This software has greatly enhanced my ability to analyze and interpret qualitative data, enabling me to derive meaningful insights and recommendations from research findings.
