With a master's degree in business and a strong background in qualitative investigations, I bring extensive experience to my role as a public trainer. My own thesis focused on social marketing, where I utilized a qualitative approach to conduct research. Recently, I had the privilege of presenting the outcomes of a qualitative investigation at an academic congress, employing the powerful MAXQDA software.
