As a public trainer, my profile includes a strong academic background with a focus on library and Information Science. With a PhD in this field, I have extensively applied a mixed method research approach to my work. One of my areas of expertise lies in utilizing MAXQDA software for the analysis of interview transcripts, specifically in assessing the quality of library services.

To effectively present my findings, I employ various visualization techniques, such as creating tree map charts in MSExcel365 to visually represent the coded segments. This enables me to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

My passion lies in the continuous growth of my career, particularly in the realm of qualitative research. I find great fulfillment in guiding students and scholars, providing them with valuable insights and training on the effective usage of MAXQDA software.
