Experience

I earned my PhD in Political Science with a dissertation based on extensive qualitative fieldwork, including in-depth interviews and field observations. Since 2018, I have been actively using MAXQDA as a core component of both my academic research and teaching. My work is grounded in qualitative methodology, with a particular focus on discourse analysis, content analysis, phenomenological analysis, grounded theory, and thematic analysis. MAXQDA has a central role in my research process, from organizing and coding empirical material to developing analytical memos, building code systems, and connecting empirical findings with broader theoretical frameworks. I regularly use MAXQDA in research projects dealing with street-level governance, local institutions, neighborhood-level politics, and political discourse. These studies often involve rich qualitative data where systematic coding, contextual sensitivity, and theoretical interpretation are essential. In addition to my own research, I support students and researchers in designing qualitative research projects, developing coding strategies, interpreting qualitative data, and transforming analysis into academic writing.
