Experience

I am completing a PhD in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, evaluating Workplace Incivility. I have more than ten years of theoretical and practical experience in health systems research, particularly in the areas of Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (MNCAH), Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), and HIV and AIDS.

I am a natural teacher and can simplify complex technical terms into simple language that can be understood by anyone from secondary school (high school) students to University Professors and Technical Staff of NGOs. I have strong skills and extensive experience in utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods. I have trained more than 1000 trainees across more than 20 workshops and trainings.

I have also taken the lead in various multi-location and multi-sectorial research projects by providing technical support in planning and actual writing of research proposals, development and refining of study tools, recruiting and engaging research field assistants, Organizing and conducting Training, Planning and conducting pre-tests of study tools, supervising and conducting data collection and data analysis, and writing up of study reports.
