Experience

With a background in organizational studies and current doctoral-level training in educational leadership, policy, and law, I have developed advanced skills in qualitative data analysis using MAXQDA. I was first introduced to the software in the context of legal and policy research, which sparked a sustained engagement with qualitative coding. Since then, I have used MAXQDA to conduct a qualitative content analysis. Additionally, I have co-instructed an introductory MAXQDA course designed for faculty and doctoral students. My current research involves a multiple case study that will be conducted using MAXQDA.
