As the Senior Research and Evaluation Officer and Head of the Data Collection and Preparation Unit at "Edmaaj for Development and Training Consulting", I oversee a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research projects across various sectors, including NGOs, governments, and private entities. In 2022, our company adopted MAXQDA as a core tool for data analysis, enhancing our ability to manage complex datasets and derive robust qualitative insights.

I lead the Research Pioneer Program, where I train and mentor new employees and interns in the practical and advanced use of MAXQDA. My role involves guiding them through every step of the research process, from data collection and organization to coding and analysis, ensuring that our team consistently delivers high-quality outputs. We have developed comprehensive training materials and workshops to facilitate a smooth transition for all team members, maximizing the software's capabilities.

In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I offer specialized training in Qualitative and Quantitative Data Analysis using MAXQDA’s advanced features. Fluent in both Arabic and English, I can deliver training sessions in either language, ensuring that our diverse teams have access to comprehensive and effective learning experiences.
