I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. I have been actively using MAXQDA since 2019, both in academic and applied research contexts. Since then, MAXQDA has been an integral part of my research practice. I have used the program across multiple research projects, particularly in studies focusing on organizational behavior, employee experiences, and psychological processes at work. My experience includes managing complex qualitative datasets, developing coding systems, conducting thematic analysis, and systematically interpreting interview data.Beyond technical proficiency, I place strong emphasis on methodological rigor and theoretical alignment in qualitative analysis. I approach MAXQDA not merely as a software tool, but as an analytical environment that supports reflexive thinking, transparency, and analytical depth. This perspective allows me to guide others not only in how to use MAXQDA, but also in why certain analytical decisions matter within qualitative and mixed-methods research. Given my academic background, long-term hands-on experience with MAXQDA, and ongoing doctoral research, I am well positioned to support researchers and students in learning both the technical and methodological dimensions of qualitative data analysis using MAXQDA.
