I have a PhD in sociology and have authored peer-reviewed articles and 2 books (with one more forthecoming). I have 17 years applied research experience in major organizations such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Workday. I have implemented MaxQDA in all 3 of those companies and trained internal researchers on how to use it in applied research settings.
