Experience | I hold the position of Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at Bahcesehir University, located in Turkey. My academic expertise primarily revolves around quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research methodologies. I employ these methodologies to investigate various aspects of behavioral dynamics in the workplace, such as psychological safety, diversity, workplace mistreatment, and employee voice. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in psychology from Boğaziçi University, Turkey, as well as a Master's degree in IO Psychology and a PhD in Organization Studies from Istanbul Bilgi University, Turkey. During my graduate studies, I received training in the utilization of MAXQDA as part of my qualitative and advanced-level research courses. In these courses, students were organized into groups to collect qualitative data and analyze it using MAXQDA, employing a range of diverse qualitative research methods. Currently, I am involved in teaching courses on IO Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and Measurement in Psychology at my university. The primary objective of these courses is to equip students with the necessary skills to apply both quantitative and qualitative research methods in the field. I actively employ MAXQDA in my academic research endeavors, as well as during the process of supervising graduate students in their thesis work. Furthermore, I incorporate MAXQDA into undergraduate course projects. |
