Experience

I am currently pursuing my PhD in Education and am deeply passionate about expanding the frontiers of knowledge. Over the past two years, I have worked as a research assistant on a groundbreaking qualitative research project focused on establishing culturally relevant research ethics in Central Asia. Having analyzed more than 50 in-depth interviews using MAXQDA, my interest in extending my expertise in qualitative analysis software tools has grown. Recognizing the immense value these tools bring to researchers, I have taken on the responsibility of training and guiding my fellow researchers in their proficient use. Specifically, I have provided comprehensive training sessions on MAXQDA, thereby enhancing the team's capabilities and enabling them to extract deeper insights from their data. As a result of my reputation as a knowledgeable and skilled practitioner, I have consistently been invited to deliver presentations on software introduction and utilization. These opportunities allow me to share my expertise and contribute to the ongoing advancement of qualitative research practices. In the past two months, I have conducted three workshops hosted by esteemed educational organizations, such as the National Academy of Education and the Central Asian Research Centre for Educational Innovation and Transformation.
