I am employed at the Stiftung Universität Hildesheim at the department of applied educational science, work on my doctoral thesis, and give starter and advanced MAXQDA-workshops. For example, I worked with MAXQDA in combinations with Qualitative Content Analysis in the research project “Bildungserfolgreiche Migranten – Ihre Wege und Handlungsstrategien” at Kassel University.
Background: I studied social work at Kassel University and pedagogy together with educational science at Marburg University. Both study programs focus in great part on empirical social research. My primary interests are qualitative methods. First I was trained in Objective Hermeneutics, then I decided to learn Qualitative Content Analysis.
In planning and conducting workshops, costumers’ concerns, wishes, and needs are central to me.
