Highlights of the CAQD 2015

More than 160 researchers from all over the world came to Berlin to visit this year’s MAXQDA user conference who enriched their qualitative research skills in three day and more than 20 workshops (in English, Spanish, and German). Also part of the conference were keynotes by Prof. Dr. Juliet Corbin und Prof. Dr. Kuckartz, discussion rounds with open tables and an inspiring poster session.

The CAQD’s 20th anniversary was celebrated with two very special keynotes: a keynote by Prof. Dr. Kuckartz on “The Digital Revolution of Qualitative Researching” and Prof. Dr. Juliet Corbin’s very personal keynote on Grounded Theory from a biographic point of view.

Afterwards, key aspects of using MAXQDA were discussed in Round Tables. Participants exchanged views and knowledge, e.g. about teaching MAXQDA and qualitative research, implementing Mixed Methods approaches or working in teams.
