Your tasks:
- Assist in generating new assets and design components according to the design system guidelines for integration into existing projects,
- Help refine specific UI elements such as buttons, icons, or color schemes based on established design guidelines and feedback,
- Contribute to the upkeep and organization of the design system and asset management, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible for the design team,
- Support the conceptualization and definition of features, user stories, and benchmarks through rapid wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping,
- Aid in creating delightful and intuitive user experiences that resonate with our users,
- Assist in developing user interface designs from concept to final hand-off, ensuring a visually appealing, intuitive, and functional user experience,
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, developers, and product managers to translate wireframes and prototypes into well-executed designs.
What we are looking for:
- Enrolled student – your subject of study isn’t our first concern: we are looking for positive-minded people who are innovative and independent in their work and are willing to take responsibility,
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout design,
- Ability to create responsive designs for various devices,
- Knowledge of user interface design best practices and trends,
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design technologies and methodologies,
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
- Have a genuine love for design that reflects in your work, coupled with a collaborative team spirit,
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in German considered a bonus,
- Familiarity with Agile software development (e.g. Jira) and Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for web development would be nice to have,
- A reliable, independent way of working, team spirit and analytical thinking complete your profile.
