Academy of Research, Design, and Training, ARD@T, was founded in 2022 with the goal of providing training and consulting services in research methodologies, educational design and technology, and student and teacher motivation to individuals across disciplines. Although ARD@T was founded in the state of Ohio, United States, it is an international institution aiming to provide services for scholars in Turkey as well.
ARD@T aims to provide a wide range of educational and consultation services, including quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, and action research methodologies as well as focuses on the skillful use of diverse methodologies, data collection and analysis techniques and tools by researchers. In the field of instructional design and technologies, ARD@T aims to present successful designs and implementations of face-to-face, online, and hybrid learning environments encompassing student-centered and active learning principles supporting academic achievement.
ARD@T also provides training and consultation in motivation and motivation-supportive teaching implementations that have been scientifically shown to be one of the most fundamental factors in successful and effective teaching and learning experiences, working with students and teachers of diverse grades and educational institutions across fields.
