Reseller Confirmation

As a Reseller of MAXQDA and MAXQDAplus we hereby confirm:

  • We have read carefully and accept the VERBI’s Reseller Terms and Conditions.
  • We will follow the Terms and Conditions of VERBI Software Consult Sozialforschung GmbH .
  • We will especially comply with VERBI criteria for providing reduced pricing (Governmental/NGO; Educational; PC-Lab-License; Upgrades).
  • We will not sell upgrades and student licenses of MAXQDA, nor will we rent or lend out the software.
  • We will supply the end user’s name and address details during the order process by filling in this information into the required fields of the order form.
  • All licenses purchased with one order will be delivered to the ONE end-user client (individual or institution), who is indicated on the order form. We will not bundle orders from DIFFERENT end users (individuals or institutions) into ONE reseller order.
  • We accept VERBI as the exclusive distributor for European countries. We will not sell VERBI software products to individuals or institutions located in any European country.
  • We will keep our website up to date referring information and news concerning new versions of MAXQDA. In case we are using any graphical displays, we will use the official logo of MAXQDA, provided by VERBI Software GmbH.
