Codebook issues

Our team is experiencing some bugs with the codebook, including:

- Codes move on their own when creating new codes — Often, when I create a new code, codes that I've previously created will move in the hierarchy by themselves. I have to constantly hit Undo to solve this.
- While creating codes, the app will not only move codes around on its own, but also attach random, empty memos to codes.

Any suggestions?

In this case, it would be best to have a screen recording of the issue or at least the MAXQDA support ZIP with technical data. Both is best not shared in a public forum online but in a private support ticket where the data is also deleted after the case is closed.
