Activate AI Features for MAXQDA
Activate AI Assist Free and MAXQDA Transcription feature for existing MAXQDA 24 licenses.
Here you have the option to activate AI Assist Free and Transcription feature for your license if you have purchased a student, single-user or network license in our online store or through a reseller.
We understand that your data is valuable and confidential, which is why only licensees are allowed to activate AI Assist in MAXQDA.

Activate features in serial number
Please enter your MAXQDA 24 serial number below to add AI Assist and/or MAXQDA Transcription feature to your license. We will check if you are eligible.
Are you using a different license than those mentioned above (e.g. Site license)?
If you are a using MAXQDA but haven’t bought the license yourself, please contact the person in charge in your organization, to activate AI features for the license you are using.
Book AI Assist Premium
If you would like to use AI Assist indefinitely, book AI Assist Premium as add-on to your existing license.
If you have a subscription (Single-User- or Network License) you can book AI Assist Premium in the Subscription Manager.
If you are using a student license, then book AI Assist Premium directly in the Online-Shop.
Book Transcription Package
Here you just activate the availabilty of the feature automatic Transcription in MAXQDA. In order to transcribe automatically your media files, you need to purchase Transcription packages in the online store which you can then redeem in your MAXQDA Account.
