Adding a note to text

09.03.2024, 14:15

Hi
Imagine you are looking at a transcript from an interview. There are times when I want to add to note to a particular excerpt/part of the transcript. I have been using memos but they don't show on the transcript. I have to troll through all the memos to find which belongs to which transcript.
Is there a better way of doing this?
Thanks
Anne-Laure

Dear Anne-Laure,

Thank you for your message. For this, you can use In-Document Memos. You select a next and click on "Insert Memo for Selection". These Memos you can find in the memo manager or also displayed on the sidebar to the right of each document.

I hope this helps! In case of any remaining questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Best regards on behalf of the MAXQDA support team,

Wolfgang
