Hello to everyone!

Although i have tried to put my pdf documents through OCR before inserting them to Maxqda, there are several occasions of mispelling. Is it possible to change the way MAXQDA recognises text? For example, if the world "fundamental" is recognised as "fnnmiuppol", is it possible to change it and save the correct spelling?

Hello and thank you for your question,

unfortunately, it is not possible to edit PDF Documents in MAXQDA. You can only insert the text of the PDF as a new text document (via right click on a document) and then edit the new text document. If you wish to make changes to the PDF itself, you need to use a PDF Editor such as Adobe Acrobat.
