Trainerdetails | I work at the University of Marburg, department of education. In my post-doc research, I specialized on adult education and visual impairment rehabilitation. In my thesis I researched the influence of social ego-networks on e-learning. Using MAXQDA was part of my methodological training during my university studies in educational sciences. Concerning methods, I specialized in mixed methods, qualitative network analysis and hermeneutic approaches to (biographical) data. In order to do this properly, data management has become an interesting field of research. In addition I’m interested in barrier free data analysis and multi-sensoric approaches to data (sound and touch). Since 2005, I work as a part-time MAXQDA trainer next to my research activities and have given more than 30 workshops. I have used the program in all of my research projects, from learning behavior to evaluative studies in the field of visual impairment rehabilitation. Since 2011 I also offer methodological counseling for evaluation projects on their methodological design and its transfer into MAXQDA. |
