Trainerdetails | I am a mixed methods researcher with a Master’s degree in Social Research Methodologies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and currently a PhD candidate in Research Methods at George Mason University. I have hands-on experience with MAXQDA, using it to conduct thematic analyses and explore AI-assisted workflows. In our most recent study, my colleagues and I compared the thematic analysis capabilities of different AI tools. This work highlighted MAXQDA’s strengths in structured coding and theme generation, and I have shared these insights informally with academic and practitioner groups, generating strong interest in adopting MAXQDA. I am eager to demonstrate how MAXQDA can benefit both new and experienced users, particularly by showcasing the potential of AI integration to enhance qualitative research workflows. |
