I hold a PhD in Mass Communication with a area of research in 'Intercultural Communication'. My work focuses on Interstate migrants who belong to different parts of India but who have relocated to Maharashtra and are currently residing in Mumbai. In my PhD thesis, I extensively used MAXQDA PRO Versions 2022 and 2024 to transcribe, code and analyse the data.
