Hi,
I guess we received the identical support request yesterday, which we already processed. If the request didn't come from you, or if you haven't received our email, I will post my colleague's response here:
"We haven't heard of this issue as of now, from what you describe it seems that your user settings got corrupted. We'd advise you to reset them manually. You can do that by following these steps:
1) Press Shift + cmd + g
2) Type in the following and click “OK”: ~/Library/Preferences/MAXQDA 2018
3) Delete the files “MAXQDA2018.ini” and “MAXQDA2018.ini.LOCK” (if existing).
4) Restart your computer.
5) Open MAXQDA.
You can also batch delete multiple coded segments. To do so, first select the "Overview Codings" from the Retrieved Segments window. The list that now appears is ordered in the same way as the retrieved segments in the Retrieved Segments window. There you can mark multiple codes by pressing and holding shift and delete them in the next step. This way you can also open the context menu for multiple codes."
Best regards from MAXQDA support team,
Aikokul
