Calculating overall coverage % in a document

21.07.2021, 16:29

Hi all! I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to calculate the percentage of a given document covered by any codes.

To explain in more detail: in the summary of coded segments, one can see the coverage % of a given code in a given document. Say I have a document with three codes: code A covering 10%, code B covering 10%, and code C covering 10%. Code B and C overlap such that half of their segments are in the other code as well (i.e. 5% of the document is covered by both codes). This would mean that 25% of the whole document is covered by any of the codes. Is there a way to calculate this overall coverage % for each document?

Thank you!
