Turning Categories On and Off
Categories may be switched on and off so that you can decide which categories will be counted by MAXDictio. In the left column in front of each category is a symbol which indicates whether a category is turned on or off for the counting. The initial state of a category is the on-state. This is indicated by the plain folder icon. Double-clicking on the icon will change this to a stop sign. This shows that the category will not be included in the analysis.
The red cross in the first column indicates that the category “apostles” is turned off
