software crashing

Every time I try to open one particular project, it always crashes when it says, "Open Project 98%".
Please fix the problem. I have all the work for my dissertation saved in that project.

Version: MAXQDA 2022
System: Windows 10

Would it be possible for you to contact our MAXQDA function support at: https://www.maxqda.com/function-support

We might need to take a look at the specific technicalities of your working environments and the project file of your itself.
For this, we kindly ask you to send us the file "MAXQDA 2022_Support.zip" from your computer first. You can find the file in MAXQDA under "? > Export support file".

I deactivated and uninstalled the software from my computer and reinstalled it.
It works now. :)
