Hello - our team is experiencing some issues when coding with videos, including:

- Videos not attaching or playing; error message when trying to open videos to code
- Sometimes, when I click the little clock to the left of a segment, the video won't start at the right place. Instead, it starts at the beginning of the recording
- Sometimes (usually the first time I use the video feature in a work session), after I'm done with the video and close the window, the app crashes

Any suggestions?
