Duplicate documents

10.08.2022, 14:01

Sorry if this is a dumb question - I've only just started using MAXQDA.

I have a folder containing documents . I imported the documents from this folder a few days ago, but now I've added more documents to the folder. How can I import only the new documents without going through them one at a time?

Thanks, Keith

Hi Keith,

Thank you for posting here. Do we understand correctly that you have a folder on your computer that contains documents that you want to import to MAXQDA and that contains documents you have already imported? In this case, you could sort the content of the folder by changing date and select only the files you have not already imported or you simply create a sub folder for the new documents and import the whole subfolder.

Kind regards on behalf of the MAXQDA support team,
