A problem with the hardware ID of the USB flash drive has occurred (error code 12a3)

MAXQDA cannot be started, because extracting of the USB serial number failed.

Please use the following form to get in contact with our Online Support Team.

  1. Inform our Support Team if you have moved your MAXQDA installation to another USB flash drive.
  2. Attach the file “MAXQDA2018_Support.zip” that you will find in the folder “MAXQDA 2018 Files > _MAXQDA_System” on your USB flash drive.
