Mit \u00fcber 120 Bewerbungen von Forscher:innen aus den unterschiedlichsten Disziplinen und Regionen war die Resonanz \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigend. Die eingereichten Projekte zeigen die bemerkenswerte Bandbreite der Anwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten in der qualitativen Gesundheitsforschung mit MAXQDA. Von der Untersuchung der Lebenserfahrungen marginalisierter Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen bis hin zur Erforschung der Rolle von Technologie im Gesundheitswesen spiegeln diese Projekte die vielf\u00e4ltigen Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten von MAXQDA in der qualitativen Forschung zu gesundheitsbezogenen Themen wider. <\/p>\r\n\t<p class=\"text-bigger\">Die hohe Qualit\u00e4t der Bewerbungen machte den Auswahlprozess zu einer Herausforderung und Bereicherung zugleich. Das Projekt untersucht, wie sich die Lebenszykluskostenrechnung (LZR) unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der langfristigen Gesundheit und des finanziellen Wohlergehens neu definieren l\u00e4sst, und liefert damit eine \u00fcberzeugende Antwort auf die sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Substandard-Wohnungen. <br \/><br \/>\r\n\r\n\t\t\tDas Projekt hebt eine kritische Forschungsl\u00fccke hervor: Entscheidungen, die in der Entwurfsphase getroffen werden und oft von engen Kostenmetriken bestimmt sind, k\u00f6nnen sich weitreichend auf die Gesundheit auswirken \u2013 insbesondere f\u00fcr marginalisierte Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen. Die Forschungsarbeit befasst sich mit einem erheblichen Mangel der LZR: ihrer Unf\u00e4higkeit, die langfristigen gesundheitlichen Folgen von Bauprojekten zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Obwohl die LCC die Gestaltung gesundheitsgerechterer Wohnungen unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnte, wird sie h\u00e4ufig auf eine Weise verwendet, die nur auf die Optimierung kurzfristiger finanzieller Ertr\u00e4ge abzielt. Infolgedessen werden kritische Merkmale wie Isolierung und Bel\u00fcftung unterbewertet, obwohl sie zur Verhinderung von Krankheiten und infolgedessen zur Senkung der nationalen Gesundheitskosten beitragen k\u00f6nnten. Durch die Betrachtung der LZR unter dem Gesichtspunkt der gesundheitlichen Chancengleichheit unterstreicht dieses Projekt die Notwendigkeit systemischer Ver\u00e4nderungen bez\u00fcglich der Erschwinglichkeit und bei Wohnbauentscheidungen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf marginalisierte Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen. <br \/><br \/>\r\n\r\n\t\t\tBesonders \u00fcberzeugt hat uns die durchdachte Integration von MAXQDA. Es spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Erfassung der Stakeholder-Perspektiven, der Identifizierung institutioneller Barrieren und der Entwicklung einer gesundheitsbezogenen LZR-Taxonomie. Aus den Daten ergaben sich Themen wie Misstrauen, Widerstand und ungleicher Zugang zu Ressourcen. Diese zeichnen ein differenziertes Bild der Reaktionen der Gemeinschaft in einem fragmentierten Gesundheitsumfeld. <br \/><br \/>\r\n\r\n\t\t\tEs lassen sich bedeutsame Erkenntnisse aus Fernans Arbeit ableiten. In fragilen Kontexten m\u00fcssen effektive Gesundheitsma\u00dfnahmen das Vertrauen wiederherstellen, Desinformation entgegenwirken und die Gemeinschaften sinnvoll einbinden. Damit leistet die Studie nicht nur einen Beitrag zum akademischen Verst\u00e4ndnis des Gesundheitsverhaltens in Krisengebieten, sondern fordert auch einen Paradigmenwechsel in der Strategie des \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitswesens: Vertrauen muss als Kernbestandteil jeder Notfallma\u00dfnahme betrachtet werden. <br \/><br \/>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\tWir sind von diesem Forschungsthema und seinem durchdachten, auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Gesellschaft ausgerichteten Design beeindruckt. Der innovative Einsatz qualitativer Methoden zur Erforschung der Wechselwirkungen zwischen Vertrauen, Gesundheit und Politik in einem von Konflikten gepr\u00e4gten Umfeld ist sowohl theoretisch als auch praktisch relevant.   <br \/><br \/>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\tBesonders beeindruckt hat uns die strategische Verwendung von MAXQDA zur Analyse sozialer Medien und des Nachrichtendiskurses. Dabei stehen folgende Fragen im Mittelpunkt: Wie finden sie sich in den Systemen der Prim\u00e4rversorgung zurecht? Welcher Stigmatisierung sind sie m\u00f6glicherweise ausgesetzt? Welche Auswirkungen haben diese Erfahrungen auf ihre psychische Gesundheit und ihr allgemeines Wohlbefinden? Mithilfe eines Mixed-Methods-Designs kombiniert die Studie Interviews mit symptombasierten Erhebungen, um zu untersuchen, inwiefern sich subjektive Erfahrungen mit messbaren physischen und psychischen Belastungen \u00fcberschneiden. <br \/><br \/>\r\n\r\n\t\t\tEine wichtiger Bestandteil des Projekts ist die Verwendung von MAXQDA zur Integration qualitativer und quantitativer Daten. Die Software erm\u00f6glicht eine systematische thematische Analyse der Interviews und verkn\u00fcpft Schl\u00fcsselthemen wie wahrgenommene Stigmatisierung oder Pflegequalit\u00e4t mit Erhebungsvariablen wie M\u00fcdigkeit, kognitive Beeintr\u00e4chtigung und Depression. Mithilfe der Visual Tools von MAXQDA wie etwa MAXMaps und dem Code-Relations-Browser identifizierte Zoe aussagekr\u00e4ftige Muster in den Datens\u00e4tzen. Diese erm\u00f6glichen ein umfassenderes, ganzheitlicheres Verst\u00e4ndnis der Auswirkungen von Long-Covid auf die Patient:innen und ihre Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen. <br \/><br \/>\r\n\r\n\t\t\tDie Studie zielt darauf ab, praktische, evidenzbasierte Empfehlungen f\u00fcr eine empathische und reaktionsschnelle Prim\u00e4rversorgung zu entwickeln, die Menschen, die mit den Langzeitfolgen des Virus leben, letztlich eine bessere Unterst\u00fctzung bietet. Daf\u00fcr stellt Zoe die Erz\u00e4hlungen von Patient:innen in den Mittelpunkt und nutzt die analytischen Werkzeuge von MAXQDA. <br \/><br \/>\r\n\r\n\t\t\tDie gro\u00dfe Zahl Betroffener und die begrenzte medizinische Unterst\u00fctzung haben uns sehr ber\u00fchrt.
