Experience	I am a marketing lecturer at Cardiff University and MBA Programme Director. My research interests mainly pertain to various aspects of consumer research, intercultural communication, cultural intelligence, marketing, and influential marketing through the use of qualitative methods and mixed methods. I have been a MAXQDA Ambassador since 2014. I regularly offer methodological courses in the field of social and business research, using MAXQDA for big consultancy projects for analysing data for Thematic and Template analysis approaches.
