Selecting specific lines of a paragraph to code

Just wondering is it possible to select specific parts of a paragraph/text to code in one go rather than having to select it all. What I want to be able to do is use the command button (ctrl button on Windows I think) and select the individual strings I want to code. So for example, the last paragraph that's coded Customer Representative (green) - I don't actually want the whole paragraph coded, I only want to select several lines of it to code but do it in one go. Is that possible?

Dear prephil,

It is not possible to apply a code to several parts of a document at the same time. But to speed up coding it could be helpful to use keyboard shortcuts. "cmd + alt + C" for example codes the selected segment with the code shown in the Quick List. You can also add Keyboard Shortcuts to Single Codes.
